Fillet Of Sole Amandine

This is an amazing Chicken Whakatane recipe. This delicious chicken dish is sure to win your cooking quiet a few fans. Try the Chicken Whakatane for your next party.
Ingredients
  Sole fillets 4
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole-wheat flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Powdered milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sesame oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), slivered
Directions

Place fillets in a dish and add milk to cover.
Let stand for one hour then drain and dredge in flour mixed with powdered milk and seasonings.
Saute in oil until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
Wipe out skillet and add butter.
When foamy add almonds.
Pour over fish and serve with lemon wedges, boiled potatoes, green vegetables, and a fruit salad.
