Fillets Of Sole Catherine

Ingredients
  Fillet sole 2 1⁄2 Pound
  Lemon 1⁄2
  Shallots 2 , minced
  Fennel leaves 2 , chopped
  White sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Malaga grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), peeled
  Dry white wine/Cider 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Wipe fillets clean.
Rub with lemon, salt and pepper on all sides.
Place in clay baker.
Cover with shallots, fennel.
Moisten with wine or cider.
Close and bake.
