Baked Sole Fillets

Baked Sole Fillets has an amazing taste. Baked Sole Fillets gets its taste from fish mixed with white sauce and flavored with sherry. Baked Sole Fillets is loved by fish eaters.
Ingredients
  Sole fillets 8
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  White pepper To Taste
  Dry sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (To Make White Sauce)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven 375F (190C).
Butter an 11" x 7" baking dish.
Fold sole fillets in half and arrange in buttered baking dish.
Melt butter.
Pour a little melted butter over each fillet.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour sherry into baking dish.
Cover dish with aluminum foil.
Bake 10 minutes.
Prepare Basic White Sauce.
Remove fish from oven.
Spoon fish juices from baking dish into white sauce.
Stir until blended.
Add parsley.
Taste and adjust for seasoning.
Spoon sauce over fish.
Return to oven and bake uncovered 10 minutes longer.
