Tangy Broiled Sole

Tangy Broiled Sole is a mouth watering side dish. An easy to prepare seafood recipe wont let you forget its taste forever. So, give it a try and squander its taste!
Ingredients
  Spanish onion 1 , peeled
  Melted butter 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)
  Tomatoes 4 , chopped
  Sole fillets 1 Pound (500 Gram)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Thinly slice onion and saute in half the butter until soft.
Spread in a shallow bake pan and cover with chopped tomatoes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Lightly flour fillets and arrange on top.
Drizzle with remaining butter.
Broil until lightly browned and flaky, about 5 minutes.
Spread with sour cream and broil until cream is heated through and colored.
