Tangy Broiled Sole
|Spanish onion||1 , peeled|
|Melted butter||60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)|
|Tomatoes||4 , chopped|
|Sole fillets||1 Pound (500 Gram)|
|Sour cream||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
Thinly slice onion and saute in half the butter until soft.
Spread in a shallow bake pan and cover with chopped tomatoes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Lightly flour fillets and arrange on top.
Drizzle with remaining butter.
Broil until lightly browned and flaky, about 5 minutes.
Spread with sour cream and broil until cream is heated through and colored.
