Red Snapper Soup

Ingredients
  Red snapper fillets 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in to chunks
  Canned whole tomatoes 28 Ounce, mashed (1 Can)
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Frozen cut okra 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Minced shallots/Minced green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Beef flavor base 2 Tablespoon (Paste Or Granules)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry sherry/Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients in crock pot; stir thoroughly.
Cover and cook on high setting for 3 to 5 hours.
