Red Snapper Soup
|Red snapper fillets||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in to chunks|
|Canned whole tomatoes||28 Ounce, mashed (1 Can)|
|Onions||2 Medium, chopped|
|Frozen cut okra||10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
|Minced shallots/Minced green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Beef flavor base||2 Tablespoon (Paste Or Granules)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry sherry/Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients in crock pot; stir thoroughly.
Cover and cook on high setting for 3 to 5 hours.
