Ingredients
  Red snapper fillets 1 Pound
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place fish in greased shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in saucepan.
Blend in flour; add milk gradually.
Cook, stirring, until thickened.
Pour over fish; sprinkle with cheese.
Dot with remaining butter.
Bake uncovered at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes
