|White bread slice||2|
|Poultry seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Split snapper down 1 side of backbone.
Rub cavity with salt.
Combine remaining ingredients except margarine and bacon for stuffing.
Add enough hot water to bind mixture together.
Place stuffing inside cavity of snapper.
Fasten with toothpicks.
Pour mar- garine over snapper.
Place bacon on top.
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes per pound.
Serve with tartar sauce.
