Grilled fish with spicy chutney
Ingredients
  Red snapper fillet 4
  Granulated sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Corn kernels 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped red onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon stick 2
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped canned pineapple 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pineapple juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

. prepare grill for a medium fire and grill fish fillet 2-3 minutes one side,put on plate and cook in oven for 5-7 minutes.
. in saucepan,put sugar and vinegar,bring to boil and mix well
. stir in corn,raisin,onion,Cinnamon stick,clove simmer,uncovered,stirring
frequently,15 minutes until sauce reduced slightly.
. add pineapple till sauce thickened
. transfer fillet on plate over the first fillet
. garnish with lemon and apple and parsley.with sauce
