Ingredients
  Red snapper 2 Pound (Filleted)
  Beer 1 Bottle (1 l)
  Buttermilk pancake mix 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

"Cut snapper into 3/4-inch slices.
Combine beer and enough pancake mix to make batter.
Dip snapper into batter; fry in deep fat until browned.
