Ingredients
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Strained orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely grated orange rind 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Red snapper fillets 40 Ounce (4 In Number 10 Ounce Each)
  Ground nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Ground black pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Preheat oven to 400 degrees

MAKING
2)In a bowl mix onion, orange juice and rind, salt, and marinate fillets for about 30 minutes.
3)Once done, drain the liquid, put ina baking dish,flesh side up and bake for about 12 minutes or till done.

SERVING
4)Serve immediately
