Red Snapper A L'Orange

Ingredients
  Red snapper fillets 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 6 serving pieces
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Orange rind 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

MAKING
2. In a bowl combine salt, pepper, orange juice, rind and oil.
3. In an oiled pan place fish pieces in a single layer, pour sauce on top of fish, sprinkle with nutmeg and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve hot with the desired garnish.
