Pan Seared Red Snapper With Beurre Blanc

Ingredients
  Red snapper 180 Gram (4 Pcs)
  Lemon juice 50 Milliliter
  Olive oil 50 Milliliter
  Parsley 30 Gram
  Lemon 1 (For Garnish)
  Cherry tomatoes 50 Gram (Garnish)
  Butter 100 Gram
  Parsley 50 Gram
  White wine 60 Milliliter
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

marinate fish with lemon juice,olive oil, salt & pepper.
sprinkle some parsley on top.
take oil in a skillet & heat it up.
sear the fish in the skillet.
finish it off in the oven.

for sauce:
pour some white wine in a skillet.
reduce it to half.
then add butter in that,
add lemon juice & parsley into that.
add cherry tomatoes into it & pour it on top of the fish.
garnish it with a herb bouquet & sliced lemon.
serve hot.

dude, you smee to be a major seafood specialist. wow - i love fish and red snapper is a favorite - just had some of the best smoked salmon from alaska - nothing beats a well smoked salmon - i have heard the copper river salmon is the best in the world

try Norwegian salmon also. Its one of the best in the world.
