|Lemon juice||50 Milliliter|
|Olive oil||50 Milliliter|

|White wine||60 Milliliter|
marinate fish with lemon juice,olive oil, salt & pepper.
sprinkle some parsley on top.
take oil in a skillet & heat it up.
sear the fish in the skillet.
finish it off in the oven.
pour some white wine in a skillet.
reduce it to half.
then add butter in that,
add lemon juice & parsley into that.
add cherry tomatoes into it & pour it on top of the fish.
garnish it with a herb bouquet & sliced lemon.
