Pepper Rubbed Red Snapper

Ingredients
  Onion powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon (dried)
  White pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Red snapper filets 4 ((8 ounces each))
  Butter 3 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients.
Dip the fish fillets in butter, then rub with spice mixture.
In a large nonstick skillet, cook the fish fillets over medium-high heat for 2-4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
