Red Snapper Almondine

Ingredients
  Red snapper 1 Pound (frozen, thawed)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Almonds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), slivered
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Place red snapper in 1 1/2-quart (10x6-inch) glass baking dish.
Rub lemon juice on top and salt lightly.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave on high for 6 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Let stand, covered, while making sauce.
Sauce: Combine almonds and butter in 1-cup glass measure.
Microwave on high, uncovered, for about 2 minutes or until butter is melted.
Stir and continue cooking, uncovered, on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until almonds are lightly browned.
