Red Snapper Amandine

Ingredients
  Red snapper 1 Pound, frozen (thawed)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Almonds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), slivered
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

1. Place red snapper in 1 1/2-quart (10x6) glass baking dish. Rub lemon juice on top and salt lightly. Cover with plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 6 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Let stand, covered, while making sauce.
3. Sauce: Combine almonds and butter in 1-cup glass measure. Microwave on HIGH for about 2 minutes or until melted. Stir and continue cooking on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
