Snapper Poached With Fennel
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Fennel seeds||1 Tablespoon|
|Whole red snappers||1 Pound, scaled and gutted (Two 1 Pound Pieces)|
In a fish poacher or oval roaster, boil the water, fennel, lemon juice, and bay leaf.
Add the fish, cover, and poach for 15 minutes.
