Snapper Poached With Fennel

Ingredients
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Fennel seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1
  Bay leaf 1
  Whole red snappers 1 Pound, scaled and gutted (Two 1 Pound Pieces)
Directions

In a fish poacher or oval roaster, boil the water, fennel, lemon juice, and bay leaf.
Add the fish, cover, and poach for 15 minutes.
