Spicy Snapper

Ingredients
  Snapper/Other fish fillets 2 Pound (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Tomato juice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Old fashioned french dressing mix envelope 5⁄8 Ounce
Directions

Thaw frozen fillets.
Skin fillets; cut into serving-size portions.
Place in single layer in shallow baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly.
Pour sauce over fish; let stand 30 minutes, turning once.
Remove fish; reserve sauce for basting.
Place fish on well-greased broiler pan.
Broil about 4 inches from source of heat 4 to 5 minutes.
Turn carefully; brush with sauce.
Broil 4 to 5 minutes, until fish flakes easily
