Date Banana Coconut Smoothie

A delicious smoothie made from coconut-soaked dates, bananas, and coconut water.
Ingredients
  Date 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Banana 4 , sliced
  Coconut water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Soak the dates in coconut water for a few hours.

MAKING
2. In a blender, add in the banana, dates and coconut water used for soaking dates. Blend until smooth.

SERVING
3. Garnish the smoothie with date slices and serve.
