Green Smoothie

These green smoothies are an addiction. Try out this yummy beverage and tell me if you like them.
  Kale leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fruits 1 Ounce (Mango, banana or apple)

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and add little water.
2. Blend them up.
3. Your green smoothie is ready.

4. Serve the smoothie immediately in a medium sized glass.
