Tasty smoothie is the recipe for a basic smoothie. It is quick and simple. It is low fat has just 250-290 calories. The fruits in it are fresh which adds the nutrition, taste and freshness of the smoothie. The Enerfood supergreen consists of essential health contained in greens which we miss in our daily food. This one is a real health food.
Ingredients
  Banana 1
  Apple 1 , peeled
  Blue berries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Berries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prune juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Enerfood supergreen 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blending jar add banana, apple, blueberries, berries, juice, ice, water and prune juice.
2. Add enerfood supergreen and blend all the ingredients.

SERVING
3. Serve Healthy Fruit Smoothie with wholegrain toast.
