Annmarie disappeared for about 15 min today and reappeared with our video camera… I asked her what she did for the show, and she wouldn’t tell me. ;-) Obviously, while I was editing it, I found out that she made a delicious chocolate raw smoothie for Rebecca’s kids! Here it is, take a look…
Ingredients
  Bananas 2
  Avocado 1 Small
  Raw cacao 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Agave 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coconut oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lucuma powder 2 Tablespoon
  Maca 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Maybe More If You Want The Consistency Thinner)
Directions

Blend and enjoy.

hi kevingianni, i like all your videos...they are very simple and useful for day-to-day life....this chocolate raw smoothie is also very easy to prepare...after watching your videos on raw foods, i am also trying to include more raw foods in my diet. it really keeps my mind healthy and i feel very light...
