Annmarie and Oxsana filled in for today’s show! This smoothie recipe is intense. With all the ingredients you might even think it would taste awful… but I assure you, I tried a bit and it was amazing. :-) Vegas is known for excess, so that’s why this one is “Vegas-Style”.   Cashews 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coconut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Stevia 1 Drop
  Raw honey 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Pinch
  Hemp seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Banana 1
  Frozen berries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cacao 3 Tablespoon
  Maca 1 Tablespoon
  Tocotrienols 1 Tablespoon
  Barley 1 Tablespoon
  Chia seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Mucuna 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ashwagandha 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mesquite 1 Tablespoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
  Green powder 1 Tablespoon
  Protein powder 1 Teaspoon
  Vita mix 1 Cup (16 tbs) (With Either Coconut Water Or Nut Milk)

Blend on high for 30 secs.

Blend and take hold.
