Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
  Fresh strawberries/Frozen strawberries 2 Ounce
  Fresh blueberries/Frozen blueberries 2 Ounce
  Vanilla yogurt 8 Ounce
  2% milk/Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Banana 1
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon, grounded
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender add in blueberries, strawberries, banana, fresh yogurt, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and milk.
2. Blend until the smoothie reaches the desired consistency.

SERVING
3. In a serving glass, pour the smoothie and serve fresh.

Many a times I add saffron to my smoothies. I don't know how it will taste with saffron, but I would love to give it a shot with saffron :)
