Looking for a healthy and delicious smoothie recipe? This smoothie with whey protein and berries will refresh you and fill you up. This smoothie recipe is high on protein and taste. Serve it cold!
Ingredients
  Berries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Low fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Organic)
  Vanilla whey protein 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Milk)
Directions

Add berries and ice into blender.
Add in the yogurt (2 tbsp).
Add in the why protein (1 scoop).
Add the sufficient amount of water or milk.
Blend.
