Banana 1
Ice cubes 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (as required)
Honey 1 Tablespoon (to taste)
Yogurt 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a blender, add in all the ingredients and blend well.

SERVING

2. Pour the smoothie in serving glass and serve with toast.

NOTES

Vegans use almond milk/ coconut milk instead of dairy milk.

Vegans substitute diary yogurt with cashew yogurt or any nut yogurt.

Vegans can substitute honey with pure maple syrup.
