Green Ginger Apple Smoothie

Ingredients

Coconut water/Water 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
1 inch piece ginger 1 (or less, to taste)
Parsley 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Granny smith apple 1 , sliced
Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cucumber 1

Directions

MAKING

1. In a blender, add in all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

SERVING

2. Pour the smoothie in a serving glass and serve.
