Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  Banana 1 , cut into 1 inch chunks
  Unsweetened apple juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (organic)
  Frozen strawberries 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon (or to taste)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, add in the strawberries, banana, milk, and apple juice. Using the liquefy setting on the blender, mix until ingredients are well incorporated.
2. Drizzle honey and continue to blend until mix reaches smoothie consistency.

SERVING
3. Pour the smoothie into the serving glass and serve.
