Ingredients
  Coconut water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Carrot 1
  Raw beet 1
  Chopped dates 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Cashews 6
  Strawberries 8
Directions

In a blender, combine coconut water, carrot, raw beet, vanilla, dates, cashews, and strawberries.
Blend them until smooth.
Pour in a glass, enjoy.
