Green Smoothie

Robyn shows to prepare the green smoothie by using different types of greens along with various fruits. Ideal for the kids of your family.
Ingredients
  Kale 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Greens 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flax meal 1 Tablespoon
  Stevia 3 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Banana 1
  Apples 2
  Mixed berries 1 Cup (16 tbs), frozen
Directions

In a blender, combine kale, spinach, and beet greens.
Blend them until smooth.
Add flax meal, some more greens, and little bit of stevia.
Blend again.
Add banana, apples, and mixed berries.
Blend until smooth.
Pour in a glass.
Enjoy!!
