Hot Honey Green Smoothie Tea

A must try winter tea!

Ingredients

Hot water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Mint 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Parsley 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Kale leaves 1
Lemon 1/2 , juice extracted
Honey 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In a blender, add in all the ingredients and blend well.

SERVING

2. Pour the smoothie in a serving glass and serve.
