Honey 2 Tablespoon
Lemons 4 Medium , peeled (and pitted)
Grated ginger root 1 Tablespoon
Fresh mint sprigs 1 Small

Directions

MAKING

1. In the vitamix combine hot water, honey, lemons, ginger root and fresh mint.

2. Blend until it is smooth in consistency.

SERVING
