Skip those empty snack calories and make this frozen healthy snack that will give you the energy you need to finish the day right.

Ingredients

Plain greek yogurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Frozen fruit 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((any one you like))
Low fat milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Honey 1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In blender, combine yogurt, frozen fruit, milk, and honey. Blend well.

SERVING

2. Pour in a glass, serve immediately and enjoy!
