Ingredients
  Oatmeal 2 Packet
  Apple 1 , peeled, cubed
  Banana 1
  Almond milk 1 Cup (16 tbs), cold (or milk of your choice)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Soak oatmeal and apple in almond milk for a few minutes.

MAKING
2. In blender, put soaked almond milk, oatmeal, and apple.
3. Add banana and blend until smooth.

SERVING
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
