Ingredients
  Avocado 1
  Kale 25 Gram (1 handful)
  Dates 8 , pitted (majool dates)
  Ice cold water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In blender, pour water and then add kale, avocado, and dates. Blend until smooth.

SERVING
2. Pour in a glass and serve immediately.
