Apple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chard leaves 2
Frozen banana 1

Directions

MAKING

1. In a vitamix or any other high speed blender, add the apple juice, chard and frozen banana.

2. Blend well together.

3. Pour into a serving glass.

SERVING

4. Serve as a healthy drink.
