Basil Pear Green Smoothie

Ingredients

Apple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Fresh basil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Pear 1 , ripened

Directions

MAKING

1. In a vitamix or any other high speed blender, add the apple juice, cilantro and ginger.

2. Blend well together.

3. Pour into a serving glass.

SERVING

4. Serve as a healthy drink.
