Kathy's Morning Inspiration Smoothie

Ingredients
  Grapefruit 1 Large
  Strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Apple 1⁄2
  Fresh ginger root 1 Small, 1 inch piece
Directions

MAKING
1. In a vitamix, throw in the grapefruit, strawberries, apple and ginger and blend on high.
2. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass.

SERVING
3. Serve as a healthy smoothie.

TIPS: You can also add ice into the vitamix and blend into a cold smoothie.
