Ingredients
  Orange juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Banana 1
  Apple 1
  Ginger slices 2
  Ice cubes 4 Medium
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Peel the banana and and chop the apples and ginger cut them into slices.

MAKING
2. In a blender add the orange juice,banana,chopped apples,ginger and ice cubes.
3. Blend until smooth.

SERVING
4. Serve the smoothie cold.
