And for kids, Jennifer's raw Chocolate Green Smoothie is an ideal 'gateway' treat to get them enthusiastic about the good taste of healthy good.
1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
2 Medium, ripe
4 Large, pitted, soaked in water for 10 minutes, drained
Unsweetened cocoa powder/Raw cacao powder
3 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Spinach leaves/Swiss chard/ kale
3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped
1. In a blender add water, bananas, dates, spinach and cocoa powder.
2. Blend on high speed till smooth.
3. In a serving glass, serve the smoothie fresh.
