Ingredients
  Peach 1 Large, diced
  Pine apple 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped finely
  Banana 2 Medium
  Baby spinach 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flax seed 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, blend peach, pineapple and banana.
2. Add spinach and flax seeds and blend again.

SERVING
3. Serve it chilled.
