Landon's Power Smoothie

Teen Chef Landon Bell makes healthy creamy chilled smoothies.
Ingredients
  Orange juice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Yogurt 1 Tablespoon
  Banana 1
  Frozen blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen strawberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen peaches 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Protein powder 2 Tablespoon
  Flax oil 1 Teaspoon
  Ice cube 8 Medium
Directions

MAKING
1. Blend the orange juice, yogurt, banana, blueberries,strawberries, peaches,protein powder,flax oil and finally the ice cube in a blender for 1 minute.

SERVING
2. Serve the power smoothie cold.
