Morning Smoothie

This is a very easy and quick breakfast to get the necessary fiber benefits too... :)
Ingredients
  Banana 1 Medium, chop
  Apple 1 Medium, chop
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flax seeds 2 Tablespoon, ground
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, add the chopped bananas, apples, orange juice and flax seeds and blend.
2. Pour in the milk while blending.

SERVING
3. Pour into a glass and serve.
