Ingredients
  Coconut water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Banana 4 Medium
  Apple 1 Large
  Dates 2 Medium
  Carob 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, put together coconut water, banana, apple, dates and carob.
2. Blend till its smooth enough.

SERVING
3. Serve it cool.
