Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients
  Ice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fat free milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Low fat yogurt 6 Ounce (or light vanilla yogurt)
  Pumpkin 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (reduced fat)
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Cocoa powder 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In blender, add ice, milk, yogurt, and pumpkin.
2. Drop peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, and cinnamon.
3. Pour vanilla, and blend until smooth.

SERVING
4. Serve pumpkin smoothie chilled.
