Black Sesame Smoothie

Ingredients
  Banana 1 Large, ripe, peel
  Soymilk 250 Milliliter (original and unfortified)
  Ground black sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Ice cubes 4 Pieces
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, place the peeled banana.
2. Add soy milk, ground black sesame seeds, honey, and ice cubes to it.
3. Blend them until the banana is completely blended.

SERVING
4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve right away.

TIPS
You can substitute soy milk with the regular milk.
