Black Sesame Smoothie
|Banana||1 Large, ripe, peel|
|Soymilk||250 Milliliter (original and unfortified)|
|Ground black sesame seeds||2 Tablespoon|
|Ice cubes||4 Pieces|
1. In a blender, place the peeled banana.
2. Add soy milk, ground black sesame seeds, honey, and ice cubes to it.
3. Blend them until the banana is completely blended.
4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve right away.
You can substitute soy milk with the regular milk.
