Do try this healthy and easy to make smoothie at home.
Ingredients
  Non-fat greek yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy milk/Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Protein powder 1 Tablespoon
  Canned pumpkin 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Banana 1⁄2 Medium
  Flax/Chia seed 1⁄2 Tablespoon, ground
  Honey 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pumpkin pie spice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. For making banana and pumpkin smoothie, blend all the ingredients together.

SERVING
