Rainbow Smoothie

Ingredients
  Strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs) (fresh frozen)
  Low fat blackberry yogurt 6 Ounce
  Blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs) (fresh frozen)
  Fresh baby spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Navel orange 1⁄2 , juice extracted
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Low fat milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, drop strawberries, yogurt, blueberries, and spinach.
2. Add lemon and orange juice in it.
3. Throw honey and vanilla extract.
4. Pour milk, and blend until smooth.

SERVING
5. Pour in glass and serve rainbow smoothie immediately.
