Apple Kale Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  Apple juice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Kale leaves 6 Medium
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, add the apple juice, kale, cinnamon and lemon juice and blend well.
2. Add some water, if required.
3. Pour into a glass.

SERVING
4. Serve as a healthy smoothie.
