Here is how to make a very tasty and healthy green smoothie so you can easily get more vegetables into your diet. By adding fruit to your smoothy this will make it sweet enough so you will enjoy drinking it. Even after you blend your smoothie, taste it. If it's not sweet enough, you can always add more fruit to sweeten it up. This will help with weight loss if you are trying to lose a few pounds and will make dieting much easier. How? One green smoothie a day will not only give your body the vitamins and minerals it needs but it will also give you needed fiber and make you feel full and satisfied.
  Spinach 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Kiwi 1 Small, peeled
  Red apple 2 Medium, core
  Pear 1 Large
  Celery stalks 1 Medium
  Cucumber 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ginger slice 1 Small
  Lemon slices 1 Medium
  Coconut water/Regular water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ice cube 1 Cup (16 tbs)

1. In a blender, blend the spinach, kiwi, red apple, pear,celery, cucumber,ginger slice, lemon slice, coconut water and ice cubes.
2. Blend for 50 seconds or until smooth.

3. Serve the green smoothie cold in a tall glass.
