Ingredients
  Watermelon 5 Cup (80 tbs), chop
  Endive 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Curly endives)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Blend the watermelon, curly endive and lemon juice.
2. Pour into a glass.

SERVING
3. Serve as a healthy drink either chilled or at room temperature.
